B-side is approximately 350-400 sq.ft. it looks very spacious, designed like a loft space.  Custom Fixtures are designed and installed to save space.  This is 100% Private space, also there is about 100 sq.ft private patio leading to the private entrance.

Our street is one of the most sought-after streets(not a through street), very quiet yet, right at the center of everything you want.  Street parking is available.

Google Fiber connection is being shared with A-side and you pay only half for the Gigabit. - Wired connection, super fast internet, your own router.

Kitchen  - Stainless Steel Countertop, Garbage Disposal System, Microwave Oven, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator(10 cu.ft.), Fire extinguisher.

Bathroom - Walk-In Shower w/ Glassdoor.(sorry no tub) Water Closet. Large modern Sink. 

Bedroom - Vaulted Ceiling, Ceiling fan(Cooling, Heating- not just reverse spinning, it has heating elements for winter), Ductless AC/Heater(quite, efficient, Hypoallergenic), Fire Alarm, Private door to backyard, 3-tier drawers, Track-lighting with dimmer

Laundry Room - Washer and Dryer are provided, these are shared with A-Side.  The laundry room is accessible from both A-side and B-side via separate doors.
