A-side is approximately 800-850 sq.ft. it feels very spacious, it was remodeled and updated to suit modern life.  Custom Fixtures were designed and installed to save space.  Featuring a 100 sq.ft covered/screened front patio.

The house can be accessed from the main street and from the back alley, mature landscaping and privacy fences surrounding the house.

There are two Off-Street parking spaces on the property, one from the main street, the other from the back alley.  Also, our street is not a through the street, plenty of street parking spaces are available.

There are two Outdoor Storages in the back yard, plenty of spaces for yard tools and other storage needs.

Organic Garden - the previous tenant had good vegetables with the garden during the summer months, we've had Asparagus, Peppers, Zucchinis, Brocollis, Tomatoes, Basil, and more.
